a. Proposal to amend the Porcher Commercial and Oakland Plantation Planned Development District ordinances (Ordinance Nos. 96039 and 04014, respectively), providing for the treatment of “danger trees” as a management procedure for electric power line easements in their respective roadside bufferyards.

b. Proposal to amend Zoning Code Section 156.335, SB-OD, Sweetgrass Basket Overlay District, regarding bufferyards between residential and commercial uses, placement of buildings with respect to street frontage, and classifying gasoline dispensation uses as a special exception use.

a. Request preliminary plat approval for seven lots located on River Vista Way in the Harbour, Phase 7, at Dunes West.

b. Consideration of naming the entrance road to the Town’s Carolina Park recreation facility Recreation Way.

c. Review and discussion of proposed Zoning Code text amendments pertaining to a new Public-Institutional use district classification.

d. Review and discussion of proposed Zoning Code text amendments pertaining to a use table.

e. Review and discussion of proposed Zoning Code text amendments pertaining to a new Urban Corridor use district classification.
