Welcome to the Mount Pleasant Municipal Court. Our department consists of five part-time judges, a court administrator, an assistant court administrator, an office manager, an executive secretary, two full-time court clerk, three full-time accounting clerks, one part-time court clerk, one warrant officer and two part-time bailiffs.

The Mount Pleasant Municipal Court proceedings are held at the Municipal Complex, 100 Ann Edwards Lane. Municipal Court sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday. The Clerk of Court's office schedules jury trials, processes warrants, and conducts all transactions relating to the court docket.

Any questions pertaining to court hearings and jury duty service can be answered by calling the Clerk of Court's office at (843) 884-6796. All traffic tickets or other violations can be paid prior to court hearings at the Clerk of Court's office or mailed to Post Office Box 457, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, 29465. Office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. daily.
